Job summary

Inserso Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join a development team supporting a live enterprise ServiceNow deployment for 10,000+ users. The role requires hands-on configuration of ITSM modules including Change, CMDB, Discovery, Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong scripting skills (JavaScript/PowerShell), and CSA certification. U.S.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of ITSM processes.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• CSA certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers/departments to design, deploy and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Hands-on development, maintenance, and support of ServiceNow ITSM applications and components.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Data Policies, and Data Dictionary.
