Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Sr ServiceNow Developer for the ServiceNow Solutions team. You will analyze requirements and develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, participating in the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

The role supports modules including ITSM, ITOM, and GRC, with emphasis on JavaScript development and integrations. The position offers a hybrid work model with in-office days, and expects collaboration across IT and business teams to deliver solutions on time

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Solid background in ServiceNow applications and development.
• Experience with REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, Orchestration.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or Engineering, or HS diploma with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and interfaces between components.
• Recommend new technologies to meet business needs.
• Evaluate hardware configurations based on requirements.
• Participate in software testing, validation, and documentation.
• Provide technical advice and solve programming problems.
• Write and review system specifications and outputs (flowcharts, etc.).
• Review test results and document remedial actions.
• Ensure proper analysis to prevent rework and delays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
