Skysoft Inc. is recruiting a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Washington, DC for a hybrid role (3 days on-site).

The incumbent will design and deliver technical solutions on the ServiceNow ITSM platform, with emphasis on customization, integration, and automation to support internal users. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT and 6+ years of ServiceNow development in an enterprise setting, plus the ability to obtain public trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Public trust eligibility requiring U.S. Citizenship or Green Card.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow development in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with customizing, administering, and configuring ServiceNow.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, WSD and Now Assist modules.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Portal and Service Catalog Automation.
• Ability to design integrations and automate processes across the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, configure, and release new ServiceNow modules, workflows, and catalog requests.
• Design and deliver solutions on the ServiceNow platform for internal users.
• Provide configuration and customization, including scripting and third-party integrations.
• Create integrations and automation using API and data integration with ServiceNow and other services.
• Create and maintain Service Catalog Items and Knowledge Bases.
• Collaborate with the IT Service Management Team and stakeholders.
• Architect integrations with LDAP, SSO, MID server, and web services; size for future growth.
• Perform configurations, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
• Design security and protect data within the application.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow configurations.
• Identify opportunities to improve the platform and processes.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and completeness.
