Qualifications

• Extensive experience in ServiceNow development with knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, BCM and GRC/IRM frameworks.
• Proven experience with CMDB modeling, health, and governance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions in ServiceNow core applications.
• Conduct assessment of the instance and understand existing customizations.
• Manage and maintain complex API integrations.
• Oversee the health and data integrity of the CMDB.
• Mentor junior developers and assist in code reviews.
