Next Gen Software Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer for a 12-month contract across multiple client locations in the Hartford area, with hybrid work (3 days in office). The role requires 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, including CMDB modeling, ITOM, and integrations, plus strong Flow Designer, dashboards, and security skills.

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server usage.

• Build Discovery, Service Mapping, and integration flows (REST/SOAP).
• Create and optimize Flow Designer, dashboards, and analytics.
