Argo Cyber Systems seeks a ServiceNow Developer to support a U.S. Government customer on a large mission-critical program. You will design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment with new cyber capabilities and agile practices.

The role emphasizes architecture design, code quality, and enterprise ServiceNow solutions, including integrations, portals, and ITSM processes. A secret clearance and DHS suitability are required for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in cloud-based IT service management.
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow development and admin tasks.
• Experience gathering requirements and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical design for architecture and ensure code quality.
• Prototype and deploy ServiceNow business rules and solutions.
• Develop integration components and legacy system integration.
• Document policies and SDLC procedures; promote agile development.
• Support incident resolution with ServiceNow admins when needed.
• Design and develop new ServiceNow apps and services.
• Assist BA in estimating release effort.
