Job summary

Argo Cyber Systems is seeking a Business Process Consultant to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction on a ServiceNow-based ITSM/ITIL transformation for a U.S. Government program.

You will design and lead workshops, translate requirements into user stories, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure outcomes meet customer needs. This role requires US citizenship, DHS suitability, TS/SCI clearance, and 6+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain DHS suitability prior to starting employment
  • Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance
  • 6+ years of directly relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform supporting ITSM and ITIL process flow development and tuning
  • Significant consulting experience within complex, global organizations with the ability to influence and consult in an ITIL / ITSM Services environment.
  • Experience in defining and deploying future-state ITSM processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in analyzing and recommending ITSM strategies based on business priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and experience working with a diverse team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an aptitude and passion for learning new technologies
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, including the development of customizations beyond out-of-box
  • Strong documentation and technical writing experience.

  • Growing and mentoring other members of ServiceNow and the partner ecosystem

This position requires a minimum of a USG Secret Security Clearance!

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field. Two years of related work experience may be substituted for each year of degree level education.

Desired Certifications
  • DoD 8570.1-M Compliance at IAT Level I (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) certification required.
  • Agile software development methodology certification (e.g. SCRUM Master) desired.
  • Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification desired.
