Job summary

Think Consulting is seeking a Senior ServiceNow (Discovery) Developer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale ServiceNow Discovery solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and discovery experience, with MID Servers, Discovery Patterns, and CMDB health. AWS/Azure/GCP expertise, strong Python scripting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Discovery in enterprise environments.
• ServiceNow Discovery Certification is required and must be validated prior to submission.

Responsibilities

Overview

Think is seeking a Senior ServiceNow (Discovery) Developer with deep expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and cloud infrastructure integrations. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise Discovery solutions that provide accurate configuration data across on-premises and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, Discovery Patterns, CMDB health, and cloud resource discovery within AWS, Azure, and GCP. This position works closely with ServiceNow engineers, infrastructure teams, and cloud platform teams to ensure accurate asset visibility, data integrity, and operational excellence across the enterprise.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS cloud experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow environments hosted in AWS.
• Knowledge of cloud security, networking, and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform integrations and enterprise IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.
• Experience working in highly regulated or mission-critical environments.
