Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience with complex customization and integration.
• CSA certification required.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and SecOps is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect complex ServiceNow solutions with custom apps and enterprise integrations.
• Develop server-side scripting, client scripts, and UI components.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server workflows.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers and review code.
• Ensure security controls and adherence to federal requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements.
