Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Information Technology team in Madison, WI. You will administer and optimize our cloud-based ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and integration with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Administration and optimization of ServiceNow platform including ITSM, CSM, ITOM.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, patches, releases, and development activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
