Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Information Technology team. The role focuses on administering and optimizing the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules, and partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring 4 years of ServiceNow experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Combination of training, experience and education may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• 4 years of ServiceNow work experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Administration of ServiceNow cloud platform and optimization of workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, and catalog items.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and releases with ServiceNow, vendors and internal IT teams.
