Allied Consultants, Inc. is an Austin-based firm with 33 years of experience providing technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our technical services team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
• Implement and deploy ServiceNow solutions for client projects.
• Configure workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations following client, DIR, and W3C standards.
• Ensure best practices and ITSM goals are met.
• Support testing and resolution of issues during System Acceptance/User Acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, with over 7 years in enterprise-level development.
• Proficiency in scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes) for 7+ years.
• Experience with Flow Designer and configuring ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, and Request for 7+ years.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server), CMDB, or HRSD modules.
• Experience with scoped application development, instance administration, upgrades, and ITIL v3/v4 practices.
