Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC seeks an experienced ServiceNow professional to design, implement, and optimize the ServiceNow platform. You will build integrations, configure modules, and work with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate in a remote-friendly environment with occasional onsite travel as needed. Certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in a relevant discipline with 7+ years of directly related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Security Clearance.
• Willingness to travel onsite as needed; remote work accepted.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ServiceNow apps and integrations.
• Implement and support multiple ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge).
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications for better UX.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for development.
• Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff as needed.
• Stay current with platform updates and industry best practices.

Job description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and support multiple ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications to improve functionality and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and support procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in application development.
• Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff as needed.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• BS in relevant discipline plus minimum 7 years or more years of directly related experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of the job.

Required Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
