Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience with ServiceNow or implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Completed ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Minimum of 1 CIS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Project.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management/Delivery or certification in project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales to successful delivery including scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register, weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with sponsors/stakeholders on governance, program/project management, and business processes.
