Job summary

Lam Research seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to analyze complex business problems and craft automated SAP ECC/S4 solutions. You will bridge gaps between business units and IT, translating requirements into functional system specs.

In a global, cross-functional environment, you’ll map processes and design system solutions that support Lam's digital transformation journey. This hybrid role offers collaboration across GOPs and IT teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or tech with 12+ years' experience; or Master’s with 8+ years.
8+ years SAP experience with 3+ years MM, PP, SD(VC).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Led at least one end-to-end project (analysis to deployment).
Able to work independently or with limited direction.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with GOPs to understand operational needs and identify technology solutions.
Analyze business problems and translate requirements into functional specs.
Design and architect business processes and system solutions.
Lead meetings to drive technology and business strategy.
Support multiple project phases from inception to deployment.
Work with global teams and managed services partners.
