Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst to support our federal client in the Chantilly/Herndon, VA area. The role focuses on process modernization and quality improvement, using structured approaches to align business needs with technical solutions.

You will map and analyze current processes, identify gaps, and collaborate with Business Systems and stakeholders to implement changes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar.
• 1 year of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Security clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bonus points for ServiceNow CSA certification and Lean Six Sigma awareness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes by mapping and evaluating as-is process scope, objectives and steps
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, integrating new and improved processes with existing ones
• Recommend process, quality, and performance measurement improvements
• Assist with institutionalization communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams and other stakeholders
• Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training and orientation programs as needed to support process changes
