Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support our client in the Chantilly/Herndon, VA area. The position requires 3 years of Business Analysis experience and 3 years on the ServiceNow platform, with active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar.
• 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes by mapping and evaluating as-is process scope, objectives and steps
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, integrating new and improved processes with existing ones
• Recommend process, quality, and performance measurement improvements
• Assist with institutionalisation communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams and other stakeholders
• Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training and orientation programs as needed to support process changes
