Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in Technical Lead role leading ServiceNow implementations.
• Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (Waterfall or Agile).
• ServiceNow Certification (CSA) or other ServiceNow certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Operate with latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
• Develop architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines.
• Develop strategy of system and the design infrastructure to support that strategy.
• Advise on selection of technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development.
• Set standards for the client/server relational database structure for the organization (SQL, ORACLE, SYBASE, etc.).
• Advise on feasibility of potential future projects to management.
