Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a ServiceNow-focused professional to lead projects, interact with clients, and translate requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with development teams, design technical specifications, and drive state changes from planning through training while maintaining active stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of professional experience.
- Active SECRET clearance required with adjudication before onboarding.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities (GRC, SPM, ITSM) and App Engine/Scoped Apps.
- Experience in an agile environment and technology consulting.
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow projects and translate functional requirements from clients.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow development teams to design, implement, and administer applications.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical designs for ServiceNow solutions.
- Capture current state processes and design future state processes with stakeholders.
- Engage users and stakeholders throughout all project phases and testing.
