Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a Senior Manager-level ServiceNow Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. You will lead discovery, translate requirements into actionable user stories, and collaborate with product owners and delivery teams to manage backlogs in an Agile environment.
You will coordinate UAT, document defects, and provide clear progress updates while supporting change requests and risk mitigation across cross‑functional,
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar IT roles.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CSM, FSM, Asset Management).
- Current ServiceNow CSA certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
- Prioritize backlogs with product owners and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Coordinate UAT, track defects, and support resolution.
- Prepare status updates, communicate risks, and manage scope changes.
