Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience as a BA on ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and automation.
- Experience supporting UAT, testing, and Agile delivery.
- Experience working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow implementation.
- Map current-state processes and define future-state workflows.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects on platform configuration and integrations.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements validation sessions.
- Support UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
