CACI International Inc is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the ServiceNow SAM program supporting the DoD Air Force Enterprise IT. The role focuses on translating complex business needs into Epics, Features, and User Stories, with hands-on ServiceNow expertise in ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB.

Strong collaboration with stakeholders and agile delivery are essential. Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, validating designs, and guiding engineering teams through backlog refinement and UAT,

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• 12+ years of relevant experience; bachelor's degree may substitute for 5 years of experience.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in IT systems.
• 3+ years in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience with ITSM, ITAM, CMDB; exposure to ITOM/HRSD/CSM is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, clarify, and document complex business requirements for hardware and software initiatives.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities in hardware provisioning, software deployment, and asset management.
• Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Development Teams to refine backlog.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices across IT and business units.
• Develop understanding of hardware asset lifecycle and software license management.
