Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior ServiceNow SAM Developer to design, implement, and optimize the SAM Pro module for the Air Force Enterprise IT program. The role emphasizes hands-on development with ServiceNow, especially SAM Pro, plus strong analytics and collaboration with IT teams.

The candidate will configure discovery, build workflows, and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and data policies to ensure license compliance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of relevant experience; degree may substitute for 5 years,
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Developer/Engineer experience
• 3+ years implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAM Pro
• Proven SAM Pro capabilities: normalization, reconciliation, license positions
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow scripting languages

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and customize the SAM Pro module
• Implement and maintain Publisher Packs within SAM Pro
• Develop SAM Pro workflows, business rules, and client scripts
• Configure Discovery Sources to feed accurate software data into SAM Pro
• Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for software usage and compliance
• Develop integrations between SAM Pro and Procurement, HR, CMDB, Finance and other systems
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to analysts and team members
