Job summary

Nüvitek seeks a Lead Architect, ServiceNow, in Chantilly, VA to guide architecture and modernization of client ServiceNow environments within an Agile team. You will mentor juniors, drive low-code enhancements, and ensure security standards in a government contractor setting.

Location: Chantilly, 50% on-site / 50% remote; Active TS/SCI clearance required with SCI eligibility and ServiceNow certifications to lead technical design and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; 8+ years’ experience preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in a technical role; Master’s with 6+ years acceptable.
• 3+ years in ServiceNow admin in a service desk environment.
• Experience with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps on ServiceNow.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; eligibility for SCI.
• Certifications: CTA, CSA, CAD, CAS App Engine; additional CIS caps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of ServiceNow implementations and design architectures.
• Mentor juniors and guide peers in workshops and sprint planning.
• Develop automation scripts and integrate multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance across environments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage deployment readiness and updates.
• Deliver design blueprints aligned to business outcomes.
