Job summary

Nüvitek seeks a Senior Architect, ServiceNow, to lead complex platform solutions in a hybrid Chantilly, VA setting. You will partner with developers and engineers in an Agile environment, design architectures, and mentor juniors while ensuring secure, scalable ServiceNow deployments.

The role demands deep ServiceNow expertise, ITIL knowledge, and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver outcomes that align with government and contractor requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, IT, CS, or Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience or a Masters with 6+ years in tech.
• 3+ years as senior architect, technical lead, or enterprise architect.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture including security and CMDB.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITOM, App Engine.
• Strong communication and requirements understanding.
• ITIL knowledge and ServiceNow certifications listed.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow implementation and design across modules (ITSM, HRSD, SecOps).
• Ensure platform security, ACLs, and health of environments.
• Develop automation scripts and maintain reliable code.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders; lead workshops.
• Guide and mentor junior colleagues; share best practices.
• Review architecture designs for upgrade compatibility and governance.
• Oversee TRBs, release management, and deployment readiness.
• Translate business needs into architectural blueprints.
