Job summary

Alldus is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to provide technical leadership for a large, multi-module ServiceNow environment supporting a federal customer. You will own architecture, standards, and strategy for upgrades and new implementations, guiding development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities include defining the architecture roadmap, leading complex upgrades and integrations, enforcing security patterns and governance, and mentoring senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for large, complex environments.
• Experience leading upgrades and multi-module implementations.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in federal environments.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to provide technical leadership for a large, multi-module ServiceNow environment supporting a federal customer. You will own architecture and technical strategy for both major upgrades and new implementations, establish standards, and guide development teams in delivering secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technical architecture and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform
• Lead solution design for complex upgrades, new module implementations, and cross-module integrations
• Establish and enforce development standards, security patterns, and governance practices aligned with federal requirements
• Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and make recommendations for adoption
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to senior and mid-level developers
• Partner with stakeholders, program managers, and federal customers to translate business and mission needs into robust platform architecture
• Oversee technical quality of implementations and upgrades; review designs and high-risk changes
• Ensure solutions meet federal security, compliance, auditability, and performance requirements
• Contribute to long-term platform strategy, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Extensive experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions in large, complex environments
• Proven experience leading technical strategy for upgrades and multi-module implementations
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, integrations, and best practices
• Ability to work on-site in Reston or Chantilly, VA as required

• CompTIA Security+ certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience supporting federal or DoD customers and navigating associated security and compliance frameworks
• Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS modules, CTA, or relevant Implementation Specialist certifications)
• Strong background designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow architectures and governance models
