Job summary

Riot Platforms is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to own architecture, design, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions in the Applications team. This role drives automation of business processes and enhances user experience while partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, upgrade-safe solutions.

The position is based in the Austin office with relocation assistance for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Senior ServiceNow development experience with cross-functional implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure advanced UI actions, policies, rules, scripts, and client scripting.
• Design integrations using ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Enforce development standards and platform health.
• Serve as technical escalation point through resolution.
• Create and maintain Service Portal pages using HTML/CSS/AngularJS.
