Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC seeks an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead administration, development, and solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC. Qualifications

5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Expertise in administration, development, and solution architecture.
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC.
Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal.
Strong ITIL processes understanding.
Experience in workflow automation, integrations, platform upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Preferred Certifications: CSA, CIS, ITIL Foundation, CTA.
Nice to Have: DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools.
Enterprise application integrations.
Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
