Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent
• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural experience
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM) preferred
• Experience leading technically complex implementations
• Ability to travel 40–60% to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions
• Define technical architectures covering case management, data flows, security
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs
• Guide delivery teams and ensure architectural translation to configuration
• Partner with project leadership to ensure successful delivery outcomes
