Qualifications

• 10+ years with ServiceNow in architecture or lead engineer roles.
• 8+ years driving IT transformation and platform strategy in consulting.
• 6+ years mentoring ServiceNow developers and architects.
• 6+ years setting architectural standards and code reviews.
• 3 ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD/ITSM) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Influence governance, program management, and solution design.
