Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of software development experience.
• At least four years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong JavaScript and OO design fundamentals.
• Experience designing complex custom or scoped apps.
• Security and data modeling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex capabilities within a custom ServiceNow application.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and development tasks.
• Develop server-side and client-side functionality using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Design data models, security structures, workflows, and interfaces.
• Develop integrations with AWS-hosted services and external systems.
• Design REST APIs and IntegrationHub/MID Server interfaces.
• Contribute to Kafka-based messaging and Elasticsearch patterns.
• Establish coding standards and reusable patterns; mentor team.
• Conduct code reviews and guide junior developers.
• Diagnose complex issues across components; support testing and release.
• Produce technical designs and deployment documentation.
