Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation in the United States seeks a ServiceNow AICT Solution Architect to shape governance, deployment, and scaling of AI on the ServiceNow platform through AI Control Tower. You will collaborate with client stakeholders, delivery leaders and developers to translate AI governance needs into secure, scalable designs.

Responsibilities include end‑to‑end architecture, technical governance, data models, integrations and release validation.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience architecting enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• In-depth knowledge of AICT applications, plugins, releases, roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead solution design, make sound technical decisions, and run quality reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow AICT implementations, translating client AI governance needs into scalable, well-structured designs.
• Own technical governance by guiding key design decisions, setting architecture standards, and keeping delivery aligned to platform best practices.
• Design AICT configurations across roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations, including alignment with Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Validate releases, plugins, and dependencies to ensure smooth, well-sequenced deployments and upgrades
• Drive quality assurance by leading solution and technical reviews that keep every deliverable accurate, stable, and client-ready
