Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow AICT Solution Architect to shape governance, deployment, and scaling of AI on the ServiceNow platform through AI Control Tower (AICT). You will work with clients, delivery leaders, and developers to translate governance requirements into secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience architecting enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and IRM.
• Knowledge of AICT applications, plugins, releases, roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead solution design and run quality reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for AICT implementations.
• Guide technical governance by setting architecture standards and keeping delivery aligned to platform best practices.
• Design AICT configurations across roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations, including IRM alignment.
• Validate releases, plugins, and dependencies to ensure smooth deployments and upgrades.
• Drive quality assurance by leading solution and technical reviews for client-ready deliverables.
