Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow AICT Solution Architect to shape governance, deployment, and scaling of AI on the ServiceNow platform through AI Control Tower (AICT). You will lead end-to-end architectures, guide governance decisions, and ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions for our clients in the United States.

Formación

• Senior-level experience architecting enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• In-depth knowledge of AICT applications, plugins, releases, roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead solution design, make sound technical decisions, and run quality reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow AICT implementations, translating client AI governance needs into scalable, well-structured designs.
• Own technical governance by guiding key design decisions, setting architecture standards, and keeping delivery aligned to platform best practices.
• Design AICT configurations across roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations, including alignment with Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Validate releases, plugins, and dependencies to ensure smooth, well-sequenced deployments and upgrades.
• Drive quality assurance by leading solution and technical reviews that keep every deliverable accurate, stable, and client-ready.
