Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow AICT Solution Architect to shape AI governance, deployment, and scaling on the ServiceNow platform through AI Control Tower. You will collaborate with clients, delivery leaders, and developers to translate governance needs into secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- Senior-level experience architecting enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- In-depth knowledge of AICT applications, plugins, releases, roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.
- Proven ability to lead solution design, make sound technical decisions, and run quality reviews.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow AICT deployments.
- Own technical governance by guiding design decisions and standards.
- Design AICT configurations across roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.
- Validate releases, plugins, and dependencies for smooth deployments.
- Drive QA through solution and technical reviews ensuring client-ready outcomes.
