You will lead end-to-end architecture and oversee governance, design decisions, and integrations in a remote US role.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience architecting enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• In-depth knowledge of AICT applications, plugins, releases, roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead solution design, make sound technical decisions, and run quality reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow AICT solution architecture.
• Guide governance, design decisions, and standards across the program.
• Design AICT configurations across roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.
• Validate releases and deployments to ensure smooth upgrades.
• Lead solution and technical reviews to ensure accuracy and client readiness.
