Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation seeks a ServiceNow AICT Solution Architect to shape AI governance and scalable deployments on the AI Control Tower platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders, delivery leaders, and developers to translate governance needs into secure, high-quality solutions.

You will lead end-to-end architecture, govern design standards, and ensure alignment with best practices while designing configurations across roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience architecting enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• In-depth knowledge of AICT applications, plugins, releases, roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead solution design, make sound technical decisions, and run quality reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow AICT implementations, translating client governance needs into scalable, well-structured designs.
• Own technical governance by guiding design decisions, setting architecture standards, and aligning with platform best practices.
• Design AICT configurations across roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations, including IRM alignment.
• Validate releases, plugins, and dependencies to ensure smooth deployments and upgrades.
• Drive QA by leading solution and technical reviews to keep deliverables accurate and client-ready.
