Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow AICT Solution Architect to shape governance, deployment, and scalability of AI on the ServiceNow platform via AI Control Tower.

You will lead end-to-end architecture, own technical governance, design AICT configurations across roles and data models, and validate releases and integrations to ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience architecting enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on implementation with ServiceNow AICT and IRM.
• In‑depth knowledge of AICT apps, plugins, releases, roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead design, make decisions, and run quality reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow AICT implementations.
• Translate client AI governance needs into scalable designs.
• Guide governance, standards, and delivery alignment with best practices.
• Design AICT configurations across roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.
• Validate releases, plugins, and dependencies for smooth deployments.
