Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant focused on AI capabilities to own end-to-end AI-enabled solutions on the Now Platform. You will guide development, mentor teammates, and collaborate with architects to shape complex agentic workflows across multiple product suites.

Your deep platform engineering and applied AI expertise will help clients adopt AI-driven processes securely and measurably. You will lead hands-on development, governance, and delivery, ensuring quality through reviews,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in the ServiceNow domain with meaningful recent time spent building AI-enabled solutions in production.
• ServiceNow AI depth includes Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Agent Orchestrator, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent and NLU, and related tooling.
• Strong JavaScript and REST integration skills; architecture mindset for performance and upgrades.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring, and communicating AI concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business outcomes and documented requirements into AI solutions that are secure, governed, explainable, and aligned to platform best practices.
• Identify and qualify AI use cases with clients, assessing data readiness and human-in-the-loop requirements.
• Conduct client and internal demos of Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI Control Tower; explain outputs, guardrails, and impact.
• Coach junior developers on AI fundamentals, prompts, and design patterns; coordinate daily development tasks and delivery timelines.
• Lead AI delivery across at least one product suite beyond core platform work; build reusable accelerators and drive adoption across engagements.
