Empyrean is seeking a ServiceNow Developer, AI & Intelligent Automation to design, develop, test, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will enhance ITSM and business processes through platform development, workflow automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

The role requires independent delivery of automation, integration, and AI-enabled solutions within governance standards, with experience in AI beyond ServiceNow.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
• Three to five years of ServiceNow development experience or related platform development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and integration development.
• Experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI or intelligent automation on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, troubleshoot, and implement ServiceNow applications.
• Design, build, test, implement, document, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions including workflows and automations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and manage data exchange.
• Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, flows, and other components.
• Apply AI and automation concepts to translate requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions.
