You will serve as the technical authority for operational changes and upgrades, guiding projects for global clients and ensuring compliance with best practices. Fluency in English and deep technical acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Certified Data Foundations certification.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in operational IT platforms.
• Fluent English and ability to interact with client stakeholders.
