Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our multifamily properties safe, attractive, and fully operational for residents in San Antonio, TX.

You will diagnose and repair major appliances and systems, perform preventative maintenance, assist with budgets, and maintain service records while providing professional communication with residents, vendors, and coworkers.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification Type I and II required.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Other licenses and certifications as required by law.
• Ability to work overtime and on-call shifts.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical work.
• Assist with turnkey operations to prepare vacant units for rent-ready status.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safety practices.
• Inspect grounds and property features to minimize risk and maintain curb appeal.
• Maintain records of service requests, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, and participate in meetings and training.
