Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily property. You will oversee daily maintenance, lead turn‑key unit make-readies, coordinate preventive maintenance, and supervise in‑house and contracted staff to keep common areas, units, and grounds safe, functional, and attractive.

Responsibilities include managing safety programs, responding to resident requests, training technicians, maintaining logs, and handling vendor bids.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications are a plus.
• 2–5 years of residential/multifamily maintenance experience; leadership preferred.
• HVAC certification (CFC/EPA universal) required; EPA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff, schedule work, and inspect performance.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance.
• Respond to resident requests and coordinate with management.
• Lead unit make-readies: repair, paint, and clean vacant apartments.
• Manage supplies, inventory, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Mentor technicians and maintain records of activities and safety.
