Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4–7 years of food equipment service or 2–4 years HVACR experience.
• EPA Certification and industry certs preferred (CFESA / NATE / Hobart).
• Ability to read schematics and interpret diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Installs and leads advanced equipment installations as needed.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, gas, and refrigeration equipment.
• Interprets schematic diagrams and follows operation manuals.
• Performs preventative maintenance and keeps service records.
