Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years maintenance experience required.
• 3-5 years of painting and drywall repairs required.
• HVAC certification and/or EPA/CPO preferred.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy including painting and repairs.
• Independently perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Paint, carpentry, drywall repairs, and interior/exterior updates as needed.
• Maintain logs, complete tasks with minimum supervision, and ensure safety.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
• Assist in on-call rotation and property improvements.
