Job summary

Morgan Properties in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Senior Service Technician for a 192-unit community. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repairs, handling service tickets and ensuring the property stays in top condition.

Live within 30 minutes, have 1+ year maintenance experience or equivalent training, and hold a valid driver's license; HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus. Excellent on-site benefits apply, with on-call shifts paid.

We're hiring a Senior Service Technician for our 192-unit community, and we're interviewing this week.

What you'll earn

• $23-$28/hour, based on experience Montgomery Trace
• Up to 50% off rent if you want to live on-site
• Renewal commissions shared with the property team
• $300 every quarter through our Morgan Essentials stipend
• $15/day on-call pay (rotating, and always paid)
