Morgan Properties is hiring a Senior Service Technician to join our team in Indiana. You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues, and maintain both interior and exterior areas to code, ensuring a welcoming community for residents.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Willingness to participate in on-call schedule and emergency events

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate repairs and updates clearly with residents and office staff

As theSeniorService Technician, you will help to:

• Be responsible fortrouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance withcompany standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regardingrepairs and updates

Compensation & Incentive

• Base Pay: $22.00-$25.00
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Paid rotating on-call participationrequired
