Job summary

Morgan Properties in Ohio seeks a Senior Service Technician to maintain our apartment communities to company standards, ensuring safety and resident comfort. You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry while coordinating with residents and staff.

Valid driver’s license, EPA/CFC certification preferred, and at least one year of related experience are expected. We offer base pay $21–$24 per hour, paid on-site schedule, and benefits including medical and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience handling HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance issues.
• EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• Active, valid driver's license required.

Senior Service Technicians

We're seeking a Senior Service Technician with a "Whatever It Takes" mindset to join our team! As the Senior Service Technician, you will help to:

• Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates

Compensation & Incentive

• Base Pay: $21.00-$24.00
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Paid rotating on-call participation required
• Must be available and prepared for emergency events

What We'll Expect From You

• Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
