Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Service Technician for Blakenbaker Crossings in Louisville, KY. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, and drywall issues, ensuring the community remains safe and up to company standards.

This role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus, hourly pay of $22–$24, 50% rent discount, 401(k), full benefits, and PTO. You must have your own tools and a valid driver’s license, and be prepared for on-call duties.

Blakenbaker Crossings is a 236-unit apartment community, and we're looking for a Service Technician with real passion for the work. You'll diagnose problems, make repairs, and keep our community safe, comfortable, and up to company standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly
• $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials
• 50% rent discount

What We Need From You:

• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and general property issues
• Make-ready skills: unit turns, repairs, cleaning, and painting
• Commitment to a 24-hour on-call schedule, including snow and ice emergencies
• Valid driver's license
• Your own tools for on-site repairs
