Job summary

Loftware is seeking a Senior Service Solutions Analyst to partner with Sales, Solution Consultants, and Delivery to shape services offerings and drive bookings. The role translates complex customer requirements into clear SOWs and actionable delivery plans while ensuring alignment between what is sold and delivered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services solutioning, solution consulting, delivery management, or a related customer-facing role in enterprise software/SaaS.
• Experience scoping and documenting services engagements, including SOWs, assumptions/dependencies, and change control.
• Ability to estimate effort and translate requirements into phased delivery plans; familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with prospects and customers to understand objectives, processes, constraints, and success criteria.
• Translate requirements into a services solution approach with phases, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop estimates and resource models; document risks and mitigations with Delivery Managers and Technical Consultants.
